A New Name, A Bigger Vision: Welcome to Chattin Collective Co.

Since 2021, Jess Chattin Management Co. has grown from a talent management business into something much greater than I originally imagined. What began as a way to protect creators, negotiate fair partnerships, and manage the business behind their influence has expanded into a company serving talent, brands, and businesses through management, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.

As the company continued to grow, I realized our name no longer represented everything we do. “Management” describes an important part of our work, but it does not fully capture the relationships we build, the brands we support, the campaigns we create, or the connections that make this business so meaningful.

That is why Jess Chattin Management Co. is becoming Chattin Collective Co.

The word “collective” represents connection, collaboration, and community. It reflects the way we bring creators, brands, businesses, and industry professionals together to build partnerships with purpose. It also gives our company room to continue growing without losing the personal care and relationship focused approach that has always been at the heart of our work.

Chattin Collective Co. will focus on three core areas:

Talent
Supporting creators through representation, negotiations, contracts, campaign management, invoicing, and long term brand growth.

Brands
Helping brands develop meaningful influencer partnerships, identify the right creators, and manage campaigns from strategy through completion.

Social
Providing thoughtful social media strategy, content planning, account management, and community growth for businesses ready to strengthen their online presence.

While the name is changing, the heart behind the company is not. I will continue leading with integrity, advocating for the people I represent, and building relationships that matter. The same experience, passion, and dedication remain, but now the name more accurately reflects where we are and where God is leading us next.

This change is not about leaving our story behind. It is about making room for the next chapter.
